17 Front Pivot Knee Tilt

Adjustments:
  1. Pneumatic seat height.
  2. Adjustable tension for swivel tilt, heavy duty spring, minimal front rise.
  3. Tilt lock out.
  4. Two position front stop.
Application:

Fixed back swivel tilt chair where minimal rise of front seat edge is desired. 		Features:
  • Advanced forward pivot function with 7" pivot to cylinder centerline to reduce seat rise under legs.
  • Compact, low profile design to maximize adjusting range. Patented, high performance conical spring provides wide spectrum of adjustability while maintaining even support throughout entire travel range.
  • Nylon bearings give smooth, maintenance-free ride.
  • Safety shield address pinch-point concerns.
  • Forward and rear cushioned stops provide quiet, dampened tilting action.
  • Two-position front tilt stop range: 0o at rest to 20o for 20o overall travel, or 5o at rest to 20o for 15o overall travel.

Task chairs where both back angle and seat angle adjustments are controlled by a single paddle and made simultaneously. 		Features:
  • Low profile design.

  • Articulating seat movement of 6o forward to 5o rearward.
  • Back travel of 14o forward and 15o backward.
  • Back angle adjustment and seat angle adjustment are easily accomplished by using a single paddle. Life paddle and back and seat are free to move to desired position. Release paddle to lock.

Application:

To satisfy the requirement for a full function advanced task chair and a fully adjustable swivel tilt chair in one seating unit.
The 68 control also offers the added feature of a free floating back. 		Features:
  • Low profile design.
  • Nylon bearings at all pivot points.
  • Articulating seat movement of 7o forward to 17o rearward tilt action.
  • Swivel tilt mode is engaged by putting seat into free float. The following features enhance the swivel tilt mode:
    __Torsion spring tension adjustment for articulating seat movement.
    __Forward tilt stop lever.
    __Infinite tilt lock through entire range of seat movement.

75 is like 65 respectively, but has an internal mechanism for adjusting back height rather than a knob to loosen.

81 has all features of #79, but with synchro tilt vs. free float, synchro tilt actually enhances spinal motion while rocking. 		Features:

  • Articulating seat movement of 3o forward to 7o rearward tilt action. Paddle adjustment for free float or tilt lock.
  • Synchro tilt mode is engaged by putting seat into free float. The following features enhance the synchro tilt mode:

This is a convenience option which can be used on task chairs where seat depth adjustments are necessary to accommodate a variety of body sizes. 		Features:

  • Precision formed and lubricated tracks.
  • Forward and backward adjustment of 2-1/2" to increase or decrease the depth of the seat.
  • Positive locking of seat depth adjustment with a spring loaded pull out lever.
  • Five adjustment stops for accurate positioning.
