I have used the thumper mini pro in my massage therapy practice for many years now and have just purchased another one. It is well accepted by my clients and often requested. I use it to relax my clients prior to a very deep massage. It does the job and in my opinion is a great therapy even by itself. I believe it is quite user friendly for home use as well and often recommend that my clients purchase one. Thanks Back Be Nimble for turning my on to this purchase. ---B.D.
