Warranty

Custom Craftworks' Lifetime Warranty guarantees the structure of their portable tables against defects in materials and craftsmanship to the original purchaser. Custom Craftworks' foams and upholstery fabrics carry a manufacturer's warranty against defects. Stationary table warranty is 10 years. On-site chairs and most accessories, 5 years; sewn goods, 90 days; Gel-Packs, 180 days. This warranty does not cover damages caused by improper setup, accidents, misuse and/or tears or cracks in the upholstery. Warranty is limited to repair or replacement of the table at Custom Craftworks' discretion.
