  • Click "Edit" at the top of your program window.
  • Select "Preferences"
  • Select "Privacy and Security"
  • Select "Cookies"
    Select "Accept All Cookies" or "Accept only cookies sent back to the originating website only" are Checked.

Microsoft Explorer 6.0 or above:
  • Click "Tools" at the top of your program window.
  • Select "Internet Options"
  • Click the "Privacy" tab at the top of the Internet Options window.
  • Click "Sites"
  • Type in "backbenimble.com" in site field and click allow
