No, I'm sorry we do not offer warranty or repair service. Our 30 day return policy covers defects on all products we sell, but beyond that term all service will be covered under each manufacturer's specific warranty and parts must be obtained from the appropriate manufacturer. Although most of our products will come with all pertinent manufacturer contact info, we will gladly assist our "confirmed customers" in obtaining any contact info they may find necessary. We do not however offer our vendor/manufacturer list or contact information to anyone who has not purchased one of that manufacturer's products directly from Back Be Nimble.

No, Back Be Nimble pioneered the sale of self-care products over the internet in 1994 and due to the extreme size of our product selection (over 1000 products), it isn't feasible for us to offer a paper catalog. We do however, offer printable pages unlike many other sites with "framed pages."

How can I know what shipping costs will be?
If you would like some idea of what your shipping costs will be while you are still shopping, you can do so by first adding any product to a shopping cart(you may always remove it) and then selecting your zip code or different destination country in the shopping cart display page. Once a zip or destination country is selected, it will remain selected on subsequent views of the shopping cart (like when you add new items to the cart.
Shipping costs are also, of course, displayed as part of the checkout process where you can choose between all shipping options that might be available for your purchase and location.
For those products which have special shipping rates (like free or fixed rate shipping), there will be a note about the special rates on the page where you initially order the product.
For products shipped directly from the manufacturer, we will do our best to let you know what shipping costs will be at the time you are placing your order. But, in just a few cases, we cannot know these ship costs exactly and the price will not be listed. In these cases, we will contact you by phone or email to let you know what the shipping costs will be. Your payment will not be processed (you card will not be charged) until we have contacted you and you tell us to go ahead with the order.

By what methods does Back Be Nimble ship orders?
Domestically, most of our smaller items, by default, will arrive via First Class Mail thru the U.S. Postal System with options for expedited shipping via Airborne Express (either 2nd day, overnite, or Saturday delivery when available).
If shipped via First Class Mail most in stock orders will be shipped within 24 hours and arrive 3-6 working days from time of order. If you find that your order doesn't arrive in a timely fashion you should first look to your local postal office to see if they missed you and are storing your package at the post office. Then, of course, you can always contact Back Be Nimble for tracing your package.
Most of our larger items including chairs, mattresses, beds, inversion units, and massage tables, will be dropped ship from our manufacturers by either UPS, RPS, Fedex, or common freight carrier.
Panasonic recliners, specifically, are shipped from our own warehouse via a 1-7 working day carrier. Your transit time is selected by you during the checkout process. Our carrier includes inside "white glove delivery" for your convenience.

Shipping Times and Schedules, and reasons for delays
Our best efforts are made to ship your orders A.S.A.P. There are however exceptions beyond our control:
Processing Delays: At times the processing of the financial transaction could be delayed due to (1) credit card decline, (2) inability to verify that the billing address provided matches your banks record as to where the bill is sent. (3) Out of stock on items ordered--If we find that either our warehouse, or that of a manufacturer responsible for shipping your order or partial order is out of stock on something you ordered, then we will
delay processing until we can contact you to find out your preference on how to proceed. (4) Orders placed in which you are requesting that we price match with another vendor of the particular product. Until we can at least verify that vendors retail price on an item that they have in stock, then we will delay the actual processing of the order. (5) War, postal or airline strikes, holidays, or acts of God could also delay an order.
Normal Ship Times - DOMESTIC
First Class Mail: most of our small in stock items, by default, are shipped via First Class Mail. U.S. mail shipments of in stock items will ship on the first working day within 24 hours of your order and should arrive within 3-6 working days. If orders have not arrived within that time, then please, first see if your local post office is holding a package, and if not, then contact Back Be Nimble so that we may trace your shipment for you. If any of the items on your order are out of stock you will be contacted immediately to determine how we can best satisfy your needs.
Airborne Express: most of our smaller items will have Airborne as a shipping choice for an upcharge to First Class Mail. In most postal codes, Airborne offers the following services: NEXT MORNING, OR SECOND DAY with both having an upcharge for Saturday deliveries if available and should it be desired. A few of our products may automatically be upgraded to 2nd Day service at our disgression.
NOTE: All orders shipped directly from us will be processed on the same working day if received prior to 1:00pm (CST). If received on a non-working day or holiday, or after 1:00pm (CST), then your order will be processed on the next consecutive working day.
Oversize or Overweight Items: Many of our large items, including recliners, mattresses, chairs, adjustable beds and therapy tables are drop shipped from the manufacturers and not subject to the times specified above for smaller items. Since these items are usually custom made to order, shipment times will vary from 1 week to 8 weeks depending on the item. Most of these items have specified shipping times indicated on their individual web pages, but listed below are most of the items concerned:
- Memory Foam Mattresses these are shipped directly from the manufacturer with a choice of 2 different shipment methods (1) Full Service Delivery/Setup--allow 14-21 working days (doesn't include weekends or holidays); (2) Express Delivery/to door only--allow 7-14 working days (doesn't included weekends or holidays)
- Latex Foam Mattresses these are shipped directly from our manufacturer via a common freight carrier unless they are twin or twin long size (which are shipped via UPS). These mattresses are made to order and should arrive in 2.5 to 3.5 weeks. Please note that these common freight deliveries are to your driveway only and may require your assistance to remove from the truck and place inside your garage or doorway. In Houston, Texas and the Los Angeles California area, we can make this a full service inside delivery for an $80.00 upcharge.
- Adjustable (motorized) Beds these are shipped directly from our manufacturer via common freight carrier already assembled with the exception of installing the casters and attaching the bed to your headboard if necessary. They will arrive however, via common freight carrier within 10-18 working days (not including weekends or holidays) and may require your assistance to remove from the truck for placement inside garage or doorway of your home. They will not take these upstairs for you. However, if you live in Houston, Texas or the Los Angeles, California area, then we can offer a full service delivery/setup inside your home even if stairs must be traversed. This service is a $95 upcharge.
- Office Chairs All chairs are custom made to your specifications and will take anywhere from 2 weeks to 8 weeks to receive, usually dependent upon your fabric choice. Quick ship choices that are offered on the chairs will be the 2 to 3 week deliveries and will usually be indicated within our webpages. The Ergomax chair is no longer available. Hag's quickship models of chairs will likely arrive inside of 3 weeks. Non-quickship chairs from Hag may take up to 8 weeks. Our Lux Steel line and the Aspire are generally 4-6 weeks lead times.
- Recliners (Specifically, the Brigger Flip Flop) - these fine recliners are totally custom made and take between 4 to 6 weeks to receive, but are well worth the wait. They are dropped shipped from the manufacturer via UPS and require some assembly.
- Hydromassage Tables are drop shipped via UPS and take from 7-21 working days to receive and will require assembly.
- Panasonic Massage Recliners are shipped via our own proprietary expedited method requiring only between 1-7 work days depending on your selection. They are delivered inside your
home or office.
- Work Rite Ergonomic accessories are dropped shipped directly from WorkRite via UPS and because they are custom made to order, will generally take from 12-18 working days.
- SIS Worktables or desks are custom made to order, and then dropped shipped via common freight often requiring your assistance for removal from truck and assembly is required. Lead times are generally 10-21 working days because some of these product come from Denmark.
Normal Ship Times--INTERNATIONALLY
Small, non-dropped shipped items: Most of our smaller products are stocked in our warehouse and shipped by us via Airborne Express to all parts of the world. Unless out of stock, lead times are generally from 4-10 working days (does not include U.S. holidays or weekends). We do not calculate nor prepay customs taxes, duties and or import fees. You will be responsible to pay these to your customs broker or government agency in order to receive your package. Packages unclaimed due to your determination of unsatisfactory customs duties, may incur storage, return
shipping and/or restocking fees from Back Be Nimble. At our discretion, we may decide that it is in your best interest to ship the item via the U.S. Postal Service which will collect your duties upon delivery to your door. Postal transit times are longer and may take from 2-4 weeks.
LARGE ITEMS LIKE CHAIRS, RECLINERS AND BEDS: Most of our products with the exception of
Mattresses(mattresses may be shipped to USA and Canada only), are available for international shipping. Panasonic recliners are available for shipping worldwide, but will require the purchase of a voltage convertor outside of the USA and Canada. These items usually have shipping charges that are calculated for you after you proceed to checkout and enter your shipping destination (prior to giving us your credit card information). If there are cases upon which we can not give you an accurate price in our shopping cart, we reserve the right to contact you with an exact shipping price prior to shipment. If this is unsatisfactory to you, then you of course will not be charged. Large items will generally be shipped via Air Freight with a carrier that best fits the needs for price and satisfactory service. Most of the time, we can offer delivery to your residence or business, but there are cases in which only airport delivery can be provided.
- Latex Foam Mattresses are shipped directly from our manufacturer via an freight carrier(USA and Canada only). These mattresses are made to order and should arrive in 10-21 working days. Please note that these common freight deliveries are to your driveway only and may require your assistance to remove from the truck and place inside your garage or doorway. There are some countries/cities in which we can provide airport delivery only.
- Adjustable (motorized) Beds are shipped directly from our manufacturer via air freight carrier already assembled with the exception of installing the casters and and attaching to your headboard if necessary. They will may require your assistance to remove from the truck for placement inside garage or doorway of your home. They will arrive however, via ground or air freight carrier within 14-22 working days (not including weekends or holidays) andnot take these upstairs for you. Although most of the time we can offer residential delivery, there are some service areas whereby we only provide airport deliveries.
- Office Chairs are custom made to your specifications and will take anywhere from 3 weeks to 9 weeks to receive, usually dependent upon your fabric choice. Quick ship choices that are offered on the chairs will be the 3 to 4 week deliveries and will usually be indicated within our webpages. The Ergomax chair is no longer available. Hag's quickship models of chairs will likely arrive inside of 4 weeks. Non-quickship chairs from Hag may take up to 9 weeks. Our Lux Steel line and the Aspire are generally 4-6 weeks lead times. Our Lux Steel line and the Aspire are generally 5 to 7 week lead times.

Can I Mail or Fax my order instead of putting my credit card or other billing information online?
Yes - If you are uneasy with online payment, just shop as normal - adding items that you would like to purchase to your shopping cart. Then, when you are ready to checkout, simply go to the Checkout page and click the button in the section labeled "Fax/Postal Order Form." This will lead you through generating a printable invoice. Once there, simply print a paper copy of the invoice, fill in the required payment information by hand and either FAX or MAIL the completed paper copy to us using the phone number or physical address listed on the paper invoice.

When will my credit card be processed?
Most all of our orders are processed within 48 hours of your order placement and you credit card will be processed within that time unless we determine that the product is not available. Some orders will be shipped directly from our manufacturer and since we immediately turn our order into them for production and/or shipping upon completion, we process the card immediately.

We are not equipped to accept any insurance assignment whereby we would ship a product prior to payment. However, we do have many customers who work with their insurance adjusters/agents to prepay orders for some of our larger items like; chairs, recliners, mattresses and adjustable beds.
